Information we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect your first and last name, email address, any phone number and project-interest category you choose to provide, the message you submit, and the time the request is received.

Please do not submit financial information, government identification numbers, passwords, medical information, confidential plans, or other sensitive documents through the public form. The form does not accept attachments.

Cloudflare may process request and security information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as network, browser, device, request, and approximate location information. The website also embeds video delivered by Cloudflare Stream, which receives the information needed to provide that media.

How we use information

We use website information to:

• respond to consultation requests and evaluate a potential project;
• communicate about the request and provide customer service;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• maintain records or comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Submitting a consultation request does not enroll you in recurring marketing.

Service providers and recipients

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Resend processes consultation emails and can retain message content and delivery information in its service. Consultation messages are delivered to Lavenir's authorized business mailbox, which is currently the system of record for website inquiries. Authorized technical support may access limited information when necessary to diagnose or secure the service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Email updates and marketing

This website does not offer email subscriptions and does not collect email addresses for marketing. An email address submitted through the consultation form is used to respond to that inquiry and is not treated as marketing consent.

Browser storage and tracking

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled. It measures page and website-performance information, along with browser, device, and country-level categories, to help us understand website use and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or fingerprinting to track visitors across websites. Infrastructure and embedded media providers may also process technical information necessary to operate, protect, and deliver their services.

Retention

We retain consultation information only as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate and manage the relationship, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Copies may exist in Resend and authorized business mailboxes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

Security

We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect website information, including encrypted transport, restricted account access, server-side validation, secret management, and abuse controls. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing contact@lavenircustomhomes.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required for legal, security, suppression, or recordkeeping purposes.

Children

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information directly through the website, please contact us so the information can be reviewed and deleted as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, vendors, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective and last-reviewed date below identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate website notice or other method when required.
